The Henley Medical team has more than 60 years of combined experience in serving those who require mobility products. Company owners Thomas O. Henley and Ave Henley have both earned their master’s degrees in special education.

Other staff members who are directly involved with client care hold certifications as Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) through the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) and are also members of the National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS).  Your new custom wheelchair or seating system order will typically take two months from the evaluation to the final fitting and delivery.

Product Ordering Made Easy

  • 1 – 5 days: evaluation and design (scheduling and performance)
  • 4 – 6 weeks: funding approval (collecting medical information, documentation, submitting to funding source and awarding approval)
  • 2 – 4 weeks: purchasing, receiving, verifying components
  • 1 – 5 days: chair assembly
  • 2 – 3 days: delivery and final fitting
